Ocean Social by Chef Tristen Epps at the storied Eden Roc Miami Beach is holding a very special event in recognition of International Women’s History Month to recognise and highlight several of South Florida’s best female chefs who are making their own history. Chefs Antonia Grandberry (Ocean Social by Chef Tristen Epps), Paula DaSilva (The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale), Dania Ortez (The Confidante Miami Beach), Eileen Andrade (FINKA Table & Tap), and Amaris Jones (Chick N’ Jones) will be in residence at the signature restaurant to collaborate on a special five-course tasting dinner that highlights the breadth and diversity of women in the culinary industry today.
Around six o’clock in the evening, there will be a cocktail hour with a speciality Beluga Vodka and Alavender cocktail will be served at 6 PM, followed by a five-course dinner that will be made by the visiting chefs, who will each make one course. Certain wines and cocktails will be served to go with the dinner. The Pace Center for Girls Miami, which gives girls and young women options for a better future via education, counselling, training, and advocacy, will get a share of the evening’s revenues.
